Classic Full Body Massage
A deeply relaxing combination of Eastern and Western massage techniques designed to ease tension, relieve pain and improve mobility and muscle tone. Christine combines deep gliding and kneading strokes to loosen muscles and improve circulation with specific techniques to unlock deeper muscles and release knots.

The Energizer
You’ll be amazed at how great you feel with this blend of stretching, Swedish massage and Shiatsu. It is the perfect treatment if you sit in front of a computer all day or after a strenuous workout.

Maternity Makeover
Pre-natal or Post-Partum care to soothe and stretch those aches away. Christine will apply firm but gentle pressure to release bound-up muscles, boost circulation and improve your mobility.

Heaven and Earth
A soothing combination of foot reflexology and head/neck massage. Your tensions will melt away and you’ll feel relaxed and refreshed. Great for people prone to tension headaches, foot pain or for when a full body massage isn’t convenient.

Essential Reflexology
Reduce your stress, improve circulation and gain a sense of total well-being. Reflexology uses gentle penetrating pressure to specific points on your feet to promote healing and balance. (30 minutes only)

Executive Express
If you’re short on time and long on stress, this is the session for you. You’ll feel relaxed and refreshed after 30 minutes of deep-tissue massage for the neck, shoulders and back. (30 minutes only)

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please call as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Fees are fully payable for sessions that are cancelled with less than 12 hours notice.
