I started working with Chris two + years ago because I had chronic lower back pain and my back was constantly "going out" (once from sneezing in the shower!). These spasms were excruciating and debilitating, causing me to miss work and other obligations. My doctor suggested massage and I started with Chris on a weekly basis. Shortly thereafter, the spasms stopped and, though I still have some tightness that we work on (stress -- me?), my back has not gone out once under her care.
